The Fourth of July holiday will be a real blast at Tappan Lake Park.
Besides a full schedule of activities throughout the weekend, the park’s annual giant holiday fireworks show is set for July 3 (Sunday) at dark.
Other activities planned include live music, a horseshoe tournament, games and more.
Events get under way on July 2 (Saturday) with a horseshoe tournament and a performance by the band XL in the evening.
A radio remote will broadcast live from the park on July 3 (Sunday), with the fireworks show to follow that night. Numerous other events also are planned throughout the weekend.
Overnight camping also is available and the park’s swimming beach will be open all weekend.
